Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders over $75 in the U.S. Under that, U.S. shipping is based on your destination and package weight, priced the same way we buy our USPS Ground Advantage labels, plus $1 for packaging. International orders are welcome and use estimated USPS international rates shown at checkout; those estimates may be adjusted if the package is heavier than expected. The $75 free-shipping threshold is U.S. only. Enter your country and postal code in the cart for an estimate; the exact amount shows at checkout.
Most in-stock orders leave Santa Clara within 2-4 business days. U.S. delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after handoff. International transit times vary by country.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. If we made a mistake with your order, we'll make it right - just send us a message.
