I purchased several types of fabrics in several similar shades of yellow for a Santa Muerte commission I am working on. The texture of the matte silk chiffon would be great for stockings for my mixed media 1/4 scale cloth dolls. Maybe not this particular color. The fabric is quality and I like the matte and texture. The color itself looks almost dirty folded up, like it was covered in dust sitting on a shelf fading in the sun. Once it's opened to single layer, it has a brighter look, even more so when overlaid on a brighter yellow. I probably won't use this particular fabric for it's intended use due to coloration, but I will make some test stockings with it and order it in a shade of white or beige should it work out!. My order arrived quickly as usual. Many thanks!
